The Challenge
Doctors and pharmacies were struggling with inefficient, paper-based workflows that caused delays, medication mismatches, and lacked transparency across the ordering process.
Our Solution
We designed and developed a custom platform enabling secure user authentication, role-based access, a centralized database for patients, medicines, and orders, and automated processes like audit logs and filtering functions—forming a digital backbone for the medication ordering ecosystem.
The Results
The MVP now allows doctors and pharmacists to collaborate seamlessly, reducing processing time and ensuring compliance through accurate order tracking, patient management, and system-generated reports.
